How does the application process work?
After submitting your application, you will usually receive a call from us within 48 hours. During this call, you will have the opportunity to talk to our managing director, Conny Dieckmann, who will give you an initial impression of our corporate culture and expectations. If the first impression is positive, we will arrange a personal meeting with you. If both sides are convinced, we will prepare a suitable offer for you, discuss the final details together and look forward to welcoming you to our team.
