Degree in technical drawing
You have a degree in technical systems planning (m/f/d) – specialising in supply and equipment technology (HLS) or a comparable qualification.

Practical professional experience
Ideally, you already have some professional experience in creating technical drawings in the field of technical building equipment and have been able to apply your knowledge in projects.

Knowledge of CAD software
You are also confident in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Linear, preferably Revit.

Strong communication skills
Your strong communication skills help you to exchange ideas with external partners and your team. You are able to convey complex project content in a comprehensible manner.

Technical understanding
You have a strong technical understanding and interest in innovative building technology.

Independent working style
Your structured and independent working style is characterised by a high level of motivation and commitment.

German language skills
In order to be able to communicate with external partners and your team on a professional level, your German language skills should be at least C1 level.

Planning technical building equipment
You will be involved in the project planning and design of all building services – from draft to implementation planning, based on conceptual specifications and in close cooperation with all project participants.

Documentation and archiving
You will ensure the proper documentation and archiving of all technical drawings and plans. In this way, you will ensure that all documents are accessible at all times.

Construction plan drawing and implementation
The creation and review of draft, implementation and revision drawings, including the independent processing of plan drawings, will also fall within your area of responsibility. In addition, you will develop project-related circuit diagrams and functional diagrams. In doing so, you will rely on current guidelines and standards.

On-site inspections
To get an accurate picture of the project, you will visit the construction sites on site and carry out an appropriate inventory.

Calculation and costing
With your expertise, you will be able to perform construction-related calculations and costings and determine costs and quantities based on the construction specifications.

Project support and quality assurance
You will also support the project team in compiling project documents, quality assurance, quantity determination and documentation.
