Qualifications and Education
You have completed a vocational training programme as a construction technician (m/f/d) or have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, ideally specialising in underground construction, building construction or infrastructure (urban water management).
Practical Professional Experience
You have at least three years’ practical professional experience in civil engineering, structural engineering or infrastructure planning and are keen to contribute your experience to our team and develop it further.
Technical Knowledge
You have in-depth knowledge of civil engineering and underground construction – particularly in reinforced concrete construction, shoring and foundations, as well as in the construction of drainage systems and pipework. Confident handling of relevant laws, regulations, as well as VOB, HOAI, DIN and DWA standards is a given for you.
Technical Understanding
You possess a strong technical understanding and are able to confidently grasp, evaluate and implement complex planning and execution contexts in a practical manner.
Strong Communication Skills
Thanks to your clear and open communication style, you can coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners and clients. You convey complex technical concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner.
Working Style
You work in a structured, solution-oriented and independent manner, taking responsibility for your projects whilst actively contributing to the team.
Mobility and Willingness to Travel
You hold a driving licence and are willing to travel for project-related work to oversee construction projects on site.
Language Skills
To be able to communicate professionally with clients, partners and your team, you should have a very good command of German (at least C1 level).

Project Coordination and Project Management
You will be responsible for independently managing projects during service phases 5–8 of the HOAI and will oversee all aspects of the work. You will keep a close eye on costs, deadlines and quality at all times and ensure the project runs smoothly right through to successful completion.
Planning and Construction Supervision
You will support the detailed design, draw up specifications and oversee tendering and contract award processes in close collaboration with the project team. In addition to your office-based work, you will regularly be on site as senior site engineer, ensuring high-quality implementation that meets deadlines and stays within budget.
Coordination and Communication
You communicate clearly, professionally and respectfully – whether with clients, project partners or within the team. With your organisational skills and coordinated approach, you bring all stakeholders together and keep projects firmly on track.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and actively engage in collaboration with colleagues from various specialist areas. Through open dialogue and collaborative thinking, you develop viable, holistic solutions.
Documentation and Quality Assurance
You monitor construction progress, carry out quality checks on site and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines. You also prepare the necessary reports and ensure comprehensive, transparent project documentation right through to successful completion.
Resource Management
You will maintain an overview of available resources, deploy them effectively and ensure that the project runs efficiently and smoothly.
Teamwork and Knowledge Transfer
You will actively support the planning team and promote internal knowledge transfer by sharing your expertise – including across departments.
