Qualification in Technical Drawing
You hold a qualification as a draughtsman (m/f/d), design engineer (m/f/d) or CAD specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.

Practical Work Experience
Ideally, you already have some initial professional experience in producing technical drawings in the field of building construction and civil engineering and have been able to apply your knowledge in projects. Experience in the field of environmental and/or building services engineering is a welcome bonus.

Software Skills
You are also confident in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, preferably Revit. Knowledge of BIM working methods and RIB iTwo would be an advantage.

Strong Communication Skills
Your strong communication skills help you to liaise with external partners and your team. You are able to convey complex project content in a clear and understandable manner.

Technical Understanding
You possess a strong technical understanding and spatial awareness for the drafting of technical plans.

Ability to Work Independently
Your structured and independent approach to work is characterised by a high level of motivation and commitment.

Language Skills
To be able to communicate with external partners and your team at a professional level, your German language skills should be at least C1 level.

Design of Environmental Engineering Systems and Building Services
You will assist with the design and drafting of environmental engineering systems, including the associated structural and civil engineering works, as well as building services and technical systems. In doing so, you will produce drawings and planning documents from the design through to the approval and construction phases, based on conceptual specifications and in close collaboration with all project stakeholders.

Documentation and Archiving
You will ensure the proper documentation and archiving of all technical drawings and plans. In this way, you will ensure that all documents are accessible at all times.

Construction Drawing and Implementation
You will develop design, approval and construction plans for structures and technical installations, working closely with the team of planning engineers. You will prepare building application documents in accordance with applicable building regulations and codes, as well as independently producing site plans, sections and diagrams for sewer and water supply networks in accordance with relevant standards.

Site Visits
To gain a clear understanding of the project, you will visit the construction sites and carry out a thorough site survey.

Calculations and Cost Estimates
Using your expertise, you will carry out structural calculations and cost estimates, and determine costs and quantities based on design specifications.

Project Support and Quality Assurance
You will also assist the project team with compiling project documentation, quality assurance, quantity take-offs and documentation.
