Degree in electrical engineering
You have completed training as a technician (m/f/d) or have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on energy technology, automation technology or building technology
Practical professional experience
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the planning and/or implementation of electrical engineering systems.
Knowledge of CAD and PLC
You are familiar with relevant drawing programs (e.g. EPlan, WSCAD) and programming programs (e.g. TIA, Simatic Manager). Experience is desirable but not essential.
Technical understanding
You have a strong technical understanding of and interest in power supply, switchgear, emergency power concepts, measurement technology, programming languages and renewable energies in general.
Strong communication skills
Thanks to your clear and open communication style, you are able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners and clients. You communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
Independent working style
You work in a structured, solution-oriented and independent manner. This working style is complemented by a high degree of motivation and responsibility.
German language skills
In order to communicate with clients, partners and your team on a professional level, you should have very good German language skills (at least C1 level).

Project management
As an electrical engineer (m/f/d), you will manage and coordinate projects from concept development to final implementation (HOAI Lph. 1–9). In doing so, you will always keep an eye on the goals, time, costs and quality.
Technical planning
You will plan, design and monitor the EMSR technology: From the vision to the finished plant; from the energy supply (medium voltage) to low-voltage switchgear technology, automation and process control technology, and measurement technology with a special focus on water management and wastewater technology.
Interdisciplinary collaboration
In close coordination with other departments (process engineering, construction, building services engineering), you will develop holistic, innovative and sustainable solutions. You will supplement your planning work in the office with occasional (day) assignments for on-site construction supervision.
Documentation and quality assurance
You will ensure complete documentation, carry out on-site quality checks and monitor compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines.
Resource management
You will coordinate internal and external resources, assist with tendering and awarding contracts, and contribute to the cost-effective execution of projects.
Innovation and further development
You will actively contribute ideas for optimising processes, sustainable energy concepts and innovative solutions in order to further develop our projects in a future-oriented manner.
