Business Background
You have completed a business apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification and, ideally, already have some initial professional experience. Organisation is second nature to you – and you keep a clear overview even when things get hectic.
Experience in Team Assistance with an Eye for the Bigger Picture
You have previously worked in an assistant or support role – ideally in a technical or project-oriented environment. You are familiar with topics such as service billing, accounts receivable management and commercial processes.
Digital Aptitude and Openness to New Ideas
You are confident in the digital world, enjoy working with various tools, and are keen to learn new applications quickly. You are fully proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong Communication Skills and Team Spirit
You approach people with an open mind, communicate clearly and engagingly, and manage to create a pleasant, professional atmosphere both internally and externally. For you, collaboration is more than just a buzzword – you embody team spirit, actively support others and think beyond your own remit.

Office Management and Administrative Support in Day-To-Day Operations
You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day operational matters, both internally and externally, and will take on general office administrative tasks such as welcoming visitors, answering the phone, preparing for internal and external meetings, coordinating appointments, and independently handling incoming and outgoing post/mail.
Accounting and Accounts Receivable Management
You will assist with the preparation of outgoing invoices, handle accounts receivable tasks such as drafting reminders, and provide support in project controlling.
Quality Management and Process Support
You will play an active role in the further development of our quality management system, document and optimise processes, and support internal audits and quality measures. You will also contribute in a structured and reliable manner to the preparation of and participation in ASA meetings.
Project Support and Business Development
You will work closely with our project managers and assist with quotations, tenders and contract awards, as well as with invoice verification and amendment management – thereby actively contributing to the success of the projects.
Document Management and Project Documentation
You will be responsible for preparing and finalising project documentation and ensuring that all contract-related documents are filed and managed in a structured and comprehensive manner.
IT Coordination and Interface Management
You act as the link to our IT service provider, coordinate requirements and ensure that digital solutions are implemented reliably and on schedule.
Purchasing and Service Provider Coordination
You coordinate external service providers, organise orders and ensure that our working environment is optimally equipped at all times.
